Project Overview
Jesus Ruined My Life (JRML) is a flagship multi-day conference hosted by Haven Missions, a student ministry with active chapters across campuses throughout Texas. The conference gathers young adults for worship, teaching, prayer, and intentional community-building. Haven Missions needed comprehensive media coverage that would both document the experience and provide high-quality assets they could use for future promotions, outreach, and chapter growth.Solemn Pact Media was commissioned to lead the photography and videography for the entire event, working alongside collaborator Pipeloluwa to ensure full coverage from multiple angles and perspectives. Together, we set out to create a visual archive that reflected the heart, atmosphere, and spiritual impact of the gathering.
CREATIVE APPROACH
Our approach was built around capturing JRML with a balance of authenticity, energy, and intentional storytelling. We aimed to highlight the heart of the conference—moments of worship, connection, and transformation—while creating media that felt immersive and true to the student experience. Working closely with Pipeloluwa, we combined dynamic visuals, fast turnaround edits, and a cohesive creative direction to deliver content that resonated across platforms.
